Performed due diligence services for student housing acquisition

Jeff and his team performed comprehensive due diligence services for a client’s successful acquisition of a newly constructed student housing development. The project involved reviewing the design and construction of an 88,000-square-foot, seven-story building, comprising 67 units and 231 beds, featuring a rooftop gym and terrace, study lounge, conference rooms, parking, and a coffee bar.

Jeff and his team of subject matter and construction experts, including a licensed architect, challenged certain construction means and methods, and they validated the design drawings and specifications, as well as construction documents, project accounting records, and constructability adherence to best practices and stringent design standards.
