Andy Ward ha oltre 20 anni di esperienza nella fornitura di servizi di valutazione e consulenza finanziaria per una varietà di scopi e ha una significativa esperienza nell'esecuzione di analisi per un'ampia gamma di settori. Nello specifico, vanta una vasta esperienza nelle valutazioni ESOP e ha fornito consulenze a numerose fiduciarie e aziende in merito alle operazioni ESOP.

Andy è un membro attivo del Consiglio di amministrazione dell'Associazione ESOP. Inoltre, è stato presidente del comitato di consulenza in materia di valutazioni dell'ESOP Association, dove ha anche fatto parte del Consiglio dei governatori per due semestri. Tiene spesso seminari e conferenze professionali, oltre ad aver redatto vari articoli in materia di valutazione e su argomenti correlati a ESOP.

Prima di entrare a far parte di Stout, Andy è stato associato senior presso un'azienda nazionale di valutazione e consulente nella divisione dedicata di un'azienda di contabilità e consulenza Big 4. In tali ruoli, Andy ha Svolto, supervisionato ed eseguito numerosi incarichi di valutazione, consulenza finanziaria e in supporto al contenzioso.
