Alessandro Ambrosio has extensive experience helping CFOs, CAOs, and controllers address accounting and reporting challenges. He partners with finance leaders to navigate evolving accounting and financial reporting requirements, enhance reporting processes for strategic decision making, and ensure readiness for external audits.

Alessandro has extensive experience helping clients prepare and present financial information to meet SEC, U.S. GAAP, and IFRS requirements. He has provided client services in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Alessandro has provided advisory services to domestic and foreign private issuers in public offerings to U.S. capital markets, private placements, and SPAC transactions. He has assisted with financial information in historical financial statements, pro forma financial information, and management discussion and analysis.

Alessandro has significant experience advising domestic and multinational clients throughout the lifecycle of a transaction with accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements related to mergers and divestitures.

He has advised clients on domestic and cross-border business combinations, including purchase price allocation, accounting policies alignment, first-time consolidation, and integration.

Prior to joining Stout, Alessandro was a Partner at EY and served as EY’s Latin America Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) Market Leader. He expanded FAAS offerings across the region, leading strategic growth initiatives and enhancing capabilities to deliver the full suite of services to local and multinational clients.
