Dan and his team offered financial reporting services to a life science company for their first public quarterly filing, and our role expanded after core accounting leadership for the client left at the executive level. This lack of leadership led to significant challenges in obtaining the proper financial records in a timely manner and expanded our responsibilities to include project management and the coordination of key parties. Despite these obstacles, the project was completed on time and successfully filed.
