Stout served as the damages expert for a trade dress infringement matter relating to the manufacturing and sale of plastic shopping baskets. Stout was hired to calculate lost profit and profit disgorgement damages and to examine both the plaintiff's and defendant's financial production. In addition, we were tasked to rebut the opposing expert's damages report and opinions. The case settled after the issuance of expert reports and after the completion of expert depositions.
