Based in French-speaking Switzerland, the Group specializes in nursing care and home-based support services. It employs approximately 200 people and has been developed under the leadership of its founder, Mourade Djaouti, with the support of Impact Healthcare, a company owned by Après-demain SA, a Swiss family-owned group with a particular focus on life sciences through Debiopharm. Over the past 12 years, the Group has developed into a recognized platform in the home healthcare care sector in French-speaking Switzerland, benefiting from the structural growth in demand for home-based care and support services.
Oui Care is an international home services group with a presence notably in France, Spain and Portugal. A leading player in France, the group operates more than 1,000 agencies, serves 130,000 families and employs more than 23,000 people. Through its 13 brands, including O2, APEF Services and France Présence, Oui Care provides services including household cleaning and home maintenance, childcare, gardening, as well as support for elderly and disabled people. The acquisition enables Oui Care to strengthen its home care activities, a market driven in particular by an ageing population, and to continue its expansion in Switzerland through this first entry into the market.
