Engaged as an expert witness on damages for the defendant, a law firm.  Plaintiff asserted that it lost profits because the defendant’s drafted an employment agreement for use in its endodontics practice that failed to adequately restrict endodontists that left the practice from soliciting their referral sources (dentists).  Provided rebuttal opinions regarding the plaintiff’s damages expert opinion along with an affirmative damages opinion.  Soon after the written opinion was provided, the case settled with an agreement that the defendant found quite favorable.
