Stout was engaged to implement Zapproved’s Legal Hold Pro system for a Fortune 50 financial services company. Stout led the design and implementation of the system, which was conducted in two phases. Phase 1 centered around quickly deploying the new system to manage new legal obligations, while Phase 2 completed the associated legacy data migration effort and full cutover. The project was conducted in this capacity to position the client to retire their legacy infrastructure and supporting software earlier in the project timeline, which was critical for the client's IT year-end activities. Our role across both phases was to partner with a core project team to gather requirements, conduct iterative design review sessions, assist with configuration and interface development, map legacy legal hold data, perform user acceptance testing, aid with change management communications, and train the global user base.
