Our team was engaged to assess the legal contract process for Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Company. The recommendations led to an initiative to increase line of business self-service and a clause library to increase consistency with default and fallback clauses. Our team acted as the project management office to supervise overall progress and track status of enhancement requests including: responsible parties, action items, and milestone dates.
