We were retained by a U.S. University to perform a royalty compliance audit on the accuracy of licensee’s reported royalty amount. Through reviewing and analyzing of licensee’s books and records as well as interviews with licensee’s personnel, we found nearly 30% additional unreported and unpaid royalties. Further, our client was also entitled to recover our fees and expenses due to the substantial finding.
