Dave Easterly

Dave Easterly is responsible for developing new and managing existing client relationships. He facilitates firm resources necessary to respond to clients’ valuation, investment banking and litigation support needs. Dave works with public and large private companies, private equity firms, and healthcare providers throughout the United States.

Dave has consulted companies in connection with M&A, fairness and solvency opinions, financial reporting, tax valuation, and transactional & corporate development related matters. Dave is also experienced in addressing valuation solutions relative to trust & estate, ESOP, property tax, collateral financing and bankruptcy/reorganization.

Prior to joining Stout, Dave was a Managing Director at another international valuation firm. Previously, he worked in Navigant Consulting’s corporate finance practice, focused on valuation, restructuring and investment banking. He also worked at KPMG and also served as a corporate development manager for a Fortune 500 company responsible for corporate acquisitions and integration.
