Tim Cummins è un Managing Director a capo del gruppo Pareri su operazioni. Ha una vasta esperienza nell'offerta di servizi di valutazione e consulenza in materia di contenzioso rivolti ad aziende Fortune 500, imprese di medie dimensioni, fondi di private equity ed hedge fund, studi legali e contabili e istituzioni finanziarie.

Tim ha testimoniato in qualità di esperto nell'ambito di controversie in materia di valutazione, fornendo deposizioni in occasione di processi e procedimenti arbitrali e presso tribunali fiscali. Ha tenuto numerosi seminari formativi continui, in qualità di oratore e presentatore, sui servizi di valutazione e consulenza in materia di operazioni. Ha inoltre pubblicato articoli relativi all'utilizzo di pareri sulla solvibilità e sulla valutazione di concessionari per sport professionali.

Prima di entrare a far parte dell'azienda, Time è stato direttore del gruppo Servizi di consulenza finanziaria presso la sede di Chicago di PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Durante la sua permanenza presso PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP e Price Waterhouse LLP, ha pianificato, eseguito e supervisionato progetti di consulenza e valutazione finalizzati a diversi scopi e per un'ampia gamma di settori. Prima di lavorare per Price Waterhouse LLP, Tim ha ricoperto il ruolo di Trust Officer presso la sede di Chicago di Harris Bank.
