International Valuation - Tax-Planning Purposes

Stout determined the market value of four international legal entities of a global public company in connection with United Kingdom tax planning related to a re-domiciliation.  Given that the subject legal entities were holding companies whose primary assets and liabilities related to intercompany notes receivables and payables, Stout assisted the client by preparing a valuation of each legal entity using the Cost Approach, including a stand-alone valuation of seven intercompany debt instruments using the Income Approach.
