Stout announced today that its client, Plastic Components, Inc. (PCI), has been acquired by MPE Partners (MPE). Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to PCI in connection with this transaction.
PCI, founded in 1989 by Tom Duffey, is a world-class, technology-driven manufacturer of highly engineered and high precision injection molded components. The company, headquartered in Germantown, Wisconsin, supplies parts and components to blue-chip customers across the plumbing, small engine, automotive, filtration, consumer products, controls, and other end markets. “Stout’s expertise in plastics, hands-on approach, and professionalism throughout the process led to an exceptional result.
