Assessed cleanup and recovery cost in aftermath of Hurricane Andrew

Provided assistance in developing processes to capture and report cleanup and recovery costs incurred in aftermath of Hurricane Andrew for the city of Homestead, Florida.  The reporting was required in order to qualify for reimbursement of those costs by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
