Stout's analyses included recreating summaries of revenue and expenses, tracking significant cash withdrawals from corporate bank accounts, and documenting the transfer of assets among owners and corporate entities. Stout also assisted counsel with the preparation of an application to appoint a receiver to oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations and financial reporting.
