Stout Advises on Sale of Call One to Peerless Network

Stout is pleased to announce that substantially all of the assets of Call One Inc. (“Call One”) have been acquired by Peerless Network Holding, Inc. (“Peerless”). Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to Call One in connection with this transaction.
