Suncana Cvjetkovic has over nine years of experience providing audit and advisory support to both public and private sector clients. She has served clients across multiple industries, including consumer products, transportation, and hospitality services.
Suncana advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on accounting standard adoptions (including revenue recognition and leases), business combinations, and initial public offerings. She also provides assistance with the preparation of financial statements and financial reporting.
Prior to joining Stout, Suncana served for over nine years in the Deloitte audit and assurance audit practice, where she led the execution of financial statement audits. She assisted clients with navigating complex accounting topics including but not limited to ASC 606 implementation, ASC 842 implementation, goodwill impairment, and ASC 805 business combination transactions.
