Stephanie Clifford

Stephanie Clifford serves as Stout’s Chief Legal and People Officer.  She oversees the firm’s legal, compliance, litigation, and risk management affairs, while providing advice on a wide range of legal and business matters. She also oversees the firm’s human resources function. 

Stephanie has over 20 years of both law firm and in-house legal experience working with clients in a wide range of industries, including professional services, manufacturing, and retail services. She most recently served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of RGIS Holdings, LLC. At RGIS, Stephanie was a member of the company’s executive committee and oversaw a broad scope of legal and risk management matters, including corporate governance, compliance, commercial contracts, employment law, litigation, legal operations, and safety.

Prior to that, she was a member of Clark Hill PLC where she specialized in employment and labor law advising and litigation.
