Samantha “Sam” Sparks has 12 years of experience addressing complex accounting and supply chain challenges faced by the C-suite. As a trusted advisor, Sam provides strategic direction to drive operational excellence that is tailored to her clients’ needs, including global scalability, post-merger integration, public company readiness, and commercial launch.

Sam has advised an expansive list of organizations – across industries, size, and maturity – with digital transformation, including the selection and deployment of SAP (S/4HANA, Ariba); Oracle (Fusion Cloud, EBS R12, NetSuite); and Coupa BSM, BlackLine, and DX technologies (IoT, Robotics, AI and Machine Learning). With a deep understanding of the interdependencies between financial accounting and operations, Sam is adept at engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to dismantle operating silos, instill process efficiencies, and obtain buy-in on adopting technologies.

Prior to joining Stout, Sam was a Senior Manager within CFGI’s Business Transformation practice. Previously, Sam spent seven years at Deloitte, where she led a multi-year financial improvement and audit readiness initiative for the U.S. Navy to establish balance sheet values for Operating Materials & Supplies and PP&E.
