Ross Dubinsky is a Director in the Legal Management Consulting practice. He has 10 years of professional experience helping corporate law departments and law firms design, implement, and manage practical and sustainable technology-enabled solutions.

Ross has implemented matter management, legal hold, data preservation, forensic collection, and legal project workflow technologies, as well as performed litigation readiness assessments and developed cost models to benchmark discovery spend and quantify returns on technology investments.

Ross’s work also includes serving as a trusted advisor to corporate law departments providing guidance and hands-on support to mitigate risk, optimize operational efficiencies, and achieve sustainable cost savings.

Ross has first-hand experience managing complex litigation and discovery processes across the financial services, energy, and healthcare industries.

Prior to joining Stout, Ross was a Manager at Morae Legal and started his career as a legal consultant at Huron Consulting Group. Ross is a Certified Relativity Administrator and Exterro 5.0 Implementation professional.
