Rosey Murphey

Rosey Murphey has over 10 years of experience assisting both public and private companies with complex accounting and technical reporting matters. She has extensive experience with initial public offerings, de-SPAC, and other going-public transactions, and she serves a broad range of industries, including life sciences, professional services, technology, and consumer products.

Rosey advises companies on accounting and reporting issues, including complex debt and equity instruments, business combinations and asset acquisitions, consolidations, and VIES. Her technical accounting experience also includes share-based compensation, revenue recognition, leases, goodwill and intangible assets, earnings per share, and SEC reporting matters.

Prior to joining Stout, Rosey was a Director in BDO’s Accounting & Reporting Advisory Services practice.
