Ramiro Balladares is a Manager in the Disputes, Compliance, & Investigations group. He has experience providing financial and restructuring consulting services, as well as commercial litigation support.
Ramiro has provided financial advisory services to companies in out-of-court restructurings and in bankruptcy proceedings. Clients include debtors, unsecured creditors' committees, and Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees. His experience includes improving working capital management by increasing liquidity through cash flow forecasting, preparation and analysis of financial projections, valuation analysis, and liquidation analysis related to plans of reorganization.
He also has experience providing litigation consulting services in matters involving commercial disputes, insolvency, and preference payments. This experience includes performing analyses of accounting and financial data, developing complex financial models, calculating damages, and preparing deliverables related to expert testimony.
Prior to joining Stout, Ramiro was a Business Development Analyst at Spectra Energy, where he analyzed market data and built financial models to assist in the planning and development of a $3.2 billion natural gas pipeline project in New England.
