Nichole Griffin has more than five years of experience providing forensic accounting, litigation, and consulting services to clients in a variety of matters.

Nichole works closely with trial attorneys, management teams, board members, and in-house counsel in the context of complex commercial litigation, forensic and fraud investigations, and business disputes. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including financial services, government agencies, construction, insurance, retail, and technology.

Nichole’s specialties include complex data analytics, asset tracing, and damages analyses in matters involving allegations of asset misappropriation, breach of contract, business interruption, construction claims, and shareholder disputes. She has also performed a variety of consulting services in the public and private sector, including fraud risk assessments, integrity oversight monitoring, and post-construction cost reviews.

Prior to joining Stout, she was a Manager in EisnerAmper LLP’s Financial Advisory Services group and a Forensic Accountant at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Nichole has presented to various professional groups on topics related to forensic accounting and investigating fraud.
