Miten Aghera has over 14 years of experience providing internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance services to both publicly traded and privately owned companies as well as federal agencies. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including technology, fintech, and the public sector.
Miten advises clients on the following: internal audit assessments; risk assessments; internal controls design, implementation, and testing; SOX remediation efforts; and business process optimization. He also assists clients at various growth stages with controls considerations for business combinations, SOX-readiness, post-implementation process and controls redesign, assessments over operations, and planning and project management.
Prior to joining Stout, Miten held management positions at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
