Mitcheel T. Marrujo has over five years of experience providing financial advisory and valuation services to both public and private-sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, retail, professional services, technology, media and entertainment, and financial services.

Mitcheel advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on complex financial securities and financial reporting matters, including complex derivatives valuation, convertible notes valuation, stock-based compensation valuation, business enterprise valuation, portfolio valuations, cryptocurrency valuation, and tax reporting matters such as IRC 409A and ASC 718. He works closely with in-house counsel, corporate boards, executive management, venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, providing complex spreadsheet models and deep analysis to embedded derivatives.

Before financial services, Mitcheel worked for over 10 years in the retail industry, delivering world-class client relationships, engagements, and strong financial performance.

Prior to joining Stout, Mitcheel served as a Valuation Manager at WilliamsMarston, where he advised clients ranging from early-stage venture-backed entities to Fortune 500 companies with their complex valuations for financial, tax reporting, and management planning matters. He also worked closely with clients throughout their IPO process, including regulatory and audit reviews.
