Michael Brocious

Michael Brocious is a Director in the Investment Banking Group at Stout. In that capacity, he focuses on merger and acquisition advisory services, institutional private placements of debt and equity, and strategic consulting. Michael was formerly an Analyst and Associate at Stout. Prior to joining Stout in 2013, he was a Summer Investment Banking Analyst at Sandler O’Neill + Partners in Chicago, where he advised financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising mandates.
