Matthew Chiasson

Matthew Chiasson focuses on providing real estate valuation services for a wide range of healthcare-related facilities, including medical office buildings, surgical centers, hospitals, imaging centers, cancer centers, and specialized healthcare facilities across the United States. His responsibilities include the preparation of valuation reports, review of valuation reports, and employee training.

Prior to joining Stout, Matthew was a Director with HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. Before that, he served as senior appraiser at V K Chiasson Real Estate Companies for ten years, valuing various commercial properties, including the following: professional and medical office buildings, warehouses, retail buildings and shopping centers, multi-family apartments and condominiums, residential subdivisions, and self-storage facilities. He executed appraisal assignments for financial institutions, government agencies, developers, and attorneys.
