Marc Hammer serves as Stout’s Chief Talent Officer with oversight of the firm’s human resources operations. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that support the firm’s culture and facilitate scalable growth. His focus is on creating and executing people-centric solutions that drive organization success and foster development opportunities for Stout’s colleagues.
Over his career, Marc has partnered with key executives and leadership at some of the top consulting firms in the world. He has provided guidance on a variety of matters involving global talent management, strategic workforce planning, and long-term growth strategies focused on operational excellence. Prior to joining Stout, Marc served as the Global Talent Strategy Leader at Huron; was a Managing Director at Kroll, where he led the Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility team; and was a member of KPMG’s experienced recruiting leadership team.
