Kevin Tom is a Managing Director in the Valuation Advisory group and serves as the head of the New York office. He has over 20 years of experience in valuation related to domestic and international mergers & acquisition transactions.

While serving diverse industry clients, Kevin has focused on the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry advising clients on several large industry transactions including asset acquisitions, business combinations, collaboration agreements and equity method investments.

Prior to joining Stout, Kevin was a Managing Director in the Transaction Services Valuation practice at PwC. Kevin started his valuation career with Deloitte in the Los Angeles office and spent several years in various corporate financial planning and analysis roles with Boeing.
