Kevin Kissner

Kevin Kissner is a Director in the Investment Banking group and is a member of the global technology, media, and telecommunications practice. His investment banking experience includes mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and growth financings. He works closely on all aspects of a transaction, including client coverage, valuation, preparation of offering materials, marketing to potential interested parties, due diligence, and structuring. Kevin contributes his experience to also provide tailored equity and debt financing solutions to high-growth companies.

Prior to joining Stout, Kevin worked at ACXIT Capital Partners, an international corporate finance and investment advisory firm for middle market clients and entrepreneurs with a focus on the technology and media sectors. Prior to ACXIT, he worked in the investment banking division of IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG in Frankfurt, with a focus on M&A and corporate and leveraged finance.
