John Lahti is Head of the Material Handling industry practice in Stout’s Investment Banking group. He has more than 17 years of experience providing investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. John also executes private market financing transactions, including raising senior debt, mezzanine debt, and equity for a variety of corporate purposes. He has closed over 50 M&A and financing transactions.
John’s experience spans a range of diversified industrial and consumer sectors, including material handling, foodservice equipment, recreational products, and food & beverage. Representative clients include Cubic Designs, Gold Pure Food Products, Grainger, Heartland Steel Products, Hoodmart, Sellstrom Manufacturing, and Ultrafryer.
Prior to rejoining Stout in 2018, John was a Managing Director for Billow Butler & Company. Before Billow Butler, he was a Vice President for Stout. Earlier, he executed M&A transactions for Blackman Kallick’s corporate finance consulting group as well as for New York investment bank Peter J. Solomon Company.
