Jeffrey Granell has over 15 years of experience providing financial advisory and investment banking services to both public and private-sector clients. He has extensive expertise in financial modeling and has assisted clients in both in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions. He has been involved in numerous projects including, but not limited to, structuring acquisition financing, performing risk/return analysis on capital expenditure projects, preparing business reviews, opining on strategic alternatives, and preparing long-term business plans.
Jeffrey has advised both creditors and debtors in a diverse range of industries both domestically and internationally. Industry coverage includes manufacturing, distribution, life sciences, healthcare, transportation, technology, telecom, media and communications, and oil and gas.
He focuses on obtaining the best possible return for stakeholders in corporate bankruptcies and distressed investment funds. He works closely with in-house counsel, court-appointed trustees and examiners, corporate boards, and management teams in the context of financial and operational restructurings, business valuation, and competitive analysis.
Prior to joining Stout, he was a Senior Director at a Big Four accounting firm in its Restructuring and Turnarounds practice. Prior to that, Jeffrey was an investment banker in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications group of a global investment banking firm, with experience in North America, Europe, and Latin America.
