James Lewis is a Vice President in the M&A Tax Services practice of the Transaction Advisory group. He has over four years of experience providing domestic and cross-border tax due diligence and tax structuring services to both private equity and strategic clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including technology, media, and entertainment; healthcare; professional services; and financial services.
Prior to joining Stout, James was a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services group.
