Halle Matthews has nearly 10 years of experience providing financial, strategic, and litigation consulting services to corporations, law firms, and individuals in the areas of intellectual property disputes, valuation, and complex commercial litigation. With an emphasis in intellectual property, Halle focuses on the valuation of financial assets and the determination of economic damages in an array of litigation cases.
Halle has offered both written testimony and deposition testimony on damages relating to copyright infringement. She has also assisted in the quantification of damages related to patent infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, unjust enrichment, breach of contract, and antitrust matters. Her damages analyses have included lost profits, reasonable royalty, unjust enrichment, and other damages remedies. She also has experience in providing strategic, bankruptcy, and transaction consulting services to clients in a variety of matters.
Halle has considerable experience supporting clients across the full litigation lifecycle, including analyzing discovery, developing complex financial models, drafting expert reports, preparing trial demonstratives, and supporting counsel in deposition and trial settings. She has worked closely with counsel to address complex financial and economic issues. Halle has also acted as an intellectual property transaction liaison, in which she has led outreach efforts, conducted due diligence, and created marketing materials.
Halle has experience across a broad range of industries, including agriculture, automotive, consumer products, food and beverage, gaming, medical devices, packaging, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining Stout, Halle was a Director at Ankura Consulting Group, LLC. Prior to that, she worked at 284 Partners, LLC, an intellectual property consulting firm that specialized in valuation, litigation, bankruptcy, strategy, and transactions.
