Eric Froidevaux

Eric Froidevaux is a Director in the Investment Banking group. He has extensive investment banking and corporate finance experience, advising companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt and equity capital raises, and special situations. He has led successful transactions in variety of industries, including consumer, food & restaurants, healthcare services, business services, and industrials.
Prior to joining Stout, Eric was a Senior Vice President at FocalPoint Partners, LLC, a middle-market investment bank, where he led deal execution within the healthcare and consumer groups. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer for a Los Angles-based cardiology practice. He began his career at CREO Capital Advisors.
