Elliot Grove
Managing Director
Elliot Grove is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group. He brings extensive experience providing a full scope of transaction execution support, with a focus on sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory. In addition, he has provided other financial advisory services to assist clients in raising capital and assessing strategic alternatives. Elliot has executed numerous transactions on behalf of financial sponsors, public corporations, and privately held companies in a variety of situations, including corporate divestitures and cross-border settings. Elliot’s industry experience spans a diverse range of industrial products and industrial services.
Prior to joining Stout, Elliot was a Vice President at Baird in the Global Industrials Group. Prior to that, Elliot worked for PwC Corporate Finance in both the United States and Europe. He began his career at MB Financial Bank in the Commercial Banking division.
