David W. Sands

David Sands specializes in the valuation of complex compensation arrangements which may have Stark and/or Anti-Kickback implications, life sciences compensation arrangements involving HCP and KOL consultants, and executive compensation consulting services. David currently possesses over 16 years of full-time healthcare consulting and valuation experience.

Prior to joining Stout, David was a Director with HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. During this time, he gained exposure to every type of analysis that the firm provided to clients and was instrumental in aiding the development of the firm’s internal standards, FMV guidance, templates, and various service lines and products.

Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Inc., he was a private investment manager with Wachovia Securities in Las Olas, Florida.
