David Chiasson has over 10 years of experience providing valuation services to both public and private-sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of healthcare facilities, including hospital and hospital campuses, ambulatory surgery centers, dialysis centers, radiology imaging centers, medical and radiation oncology centers, and Stark Law rental rate analysis for large portfolios.
David advises both publicly traded and privately owned companies on purchase price allocation and market studies on county-wide trends for large health systems, and he provides support during adversarial transactions. He works closely with healthcare system leadership, in-house counsel, real estate management teams and brokers, and those affiliated with real estate transactions in the context of real estate valuation and Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Law compliance.
Prior to joining Stout, David was a Manager of Real Estate with HealthCare Appraisers, Inc. He provided real estate appraisal services to large healthcare systems, publicly traded REITs, and regional and local physician groups.
