Clayton Yantis has over 10 years of commercial real estate valuation experience, covering a broad spectrum of property types and purposes both nationally and internationally. He is responsible for appraisal production, management, and client relations.

Clayton's experience includes engagements for local, national, and international clients for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting, estate and gift taxation, ad valorem taxation, feasibility analysis, eminent domain and right-of-way, and property insurance placement purposes among other common appraisal uses. Clayton has appraised a variety of agricultural properties such as row cropland, permanent plantings, working and recreational ranches, and dairies. Additionally, he has experience with various industrial facilities, multi-family complexes, general and medical office, life sciences, freestanding retail, shopping centers, retail malls, development land, and many other commercial properties.

Prior to rejoining Stout, Clayton worked as a property tax consultant. He managed a portfolio of over $1.5 billion and used his valuation knowledge to help clients with both real estate and personal property valuation and compliance issues.
