Chris Swiecicki is a Managing Director in Stout’s Transaction Advisory group and member of the Transaction Opinions practice. He brings more than 18 years of experience in advising companies and their boards in the areas of corporate finance, valuation, and transaction fairness and solvency opinions.
Chris has provided fairness opinions, solvency opinions, valuations, and debt advisory services to clients involved in a variety of strategic transactions, including related party transactions (public company special committees, cross-fund transactions, GP-led secondaries, etc.), going-private transactions, de-SPAC transactions, spin-offs, carve-outs, mergers, dividend recapitalizations, share repurchases, spin-offs, down-round financings, rights offerings, and ESOP transactions.
Chris provides advisory services across multiple industries to publicly owned and private clients, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including industrials, healthcare, technology, oil and gas, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, retail, construction, transportation, trucking, professional services, media and entertainment, and financial services.
Prior to joining Stout, Chris was a Managing Director in the Duff & Phelps Opinions practice of Kroll, which he joined in 2006.
