Chris Negrelli

Chris Negrelli has over 15 years of experience providing corporate income tax services to both public and private-sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of topics, primarily focused on accounting for income taxes under ASC 740, IAS 12, and SSAP 101.

Prior to joining Stout, Chris was a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Office (FSO) at Ernst & Young, where he assisted clients with a wide range of corporate income tax matters, including preparation and review of income tax provisions and financial statement disclosures, purchase price accounting implications, corporate income tax compliance matters, tax planning around proposed and newly enacted tax legislation, and various other tax technical issues.

In addition to his experience in public accounting, Chris spent over three years as an Assistant Vice President within the corporate tax department of a multinational property and casualty insurance company.
