Brad Burch has over 24 years of experience assisting both public and private clients with technical accounting and financial reporting matters. Brad also has extensive experience with initial public offerings and other going public transactions. He has deep expertise across a broad range of industries including: technology (software, hardware, and software-as-a-service), life sciences, and media (internet and advertisers).

Brad advises companies on complex accounting and reporting matters such as revenue recognition, debt and equity arrangements including embedded derivatives, business combinations, variable interest entities, unconsolidated entities, share-based compensation, goodwill and intangible assets, financial statement preparation, earnings per share, SEC reporting, and initial public offerings. Brad also advises companies on the accounting for leases, foreign currency translation, inventory and related reserves, fair value measurements, and investments.

Prior to joining Stout, Brad was a partner at Connor Group and a senior manager at Ernst & Young.
