Bob Gerardi joined the firm in November 2014 as Chief Marketing Officer. He is responsible for driving the firm’s holistic marketing and branding strategy and executing programs designed to strengthen market presence and create profitable growth.
Bob brings a unique combination of marketing, product development, information technology, and process improvement expertise to the firm, having held senior management level positions in both marketing and information technology.
Most recently, Bob was a Principal Consultant at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. (MUFG) where he led strategic projects to maximize marketing return on investment. Prior to MUFG, he served as both the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Information Officer for RSM US LLP. Bob has also held marketing, product development and engineering management positions at Fortune 500 companies Duke Energy, Xerox and General Electric.
Bob earned his Master of Product Development degree from the schools of Business and Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
