Ayo Osinowo is a business process and finance transformation consultant with over eight years of experience in leading various aspects of complex global finance transformations. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including transportation, e-commerce, media, communications, commercial real estate, technology, financial services, manufacturing, and hospitality.

Ayo’s focus is on major transformation projects, including post-merger integration and separation assistance across multiple functional areas. His project experience includes large-scale process transformations, business architecture, business process outsourcing, shared services advisory, and project management. He has a proven track record of understanding complex client organizations and supporting engagements to success. He has a collaborative approach and provides strategic guidance to clients during complex and challenging transformation journeys.

Prior to joining Stout, Ayo was a Manager at Capgemini, where he supported both middle-market and global Fortune 500 companies with strategizing and executing complex financial transformations. He supported companies in achieving their financial and strategic goals by developing the financial target operating model, creating the transformation roadmaps, and implementing transformation roadmap initiatives. Prior to working for Capgemini, Ayo worked at KPMG in its Risk Advisory practice. In addition, he also has working proficiency in Spanish and has significant experience in cross-border transactions.
