Ann Huynh is a Director in the Disputes, Compliance, & Investigations group, where she focuses on growth and distressed corporate advisory services. She has more than 15 years of experience in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy advisory, energy investment banking, energy/infrastructure finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance/treasury, and financial planning and analysis. Ann has worked across multiple industry verticals including manufacturing, oil and gas, power, healthcare, and retail services combining her strategic and financial expertise to assist clients in a variety of matters.

Ann works closely with trial attorneys, in-house counsel, court-appointed trustees, management teams, and private equity firms to assist with growth and distressed corporate advisory, complex debtors (in-court/out-of-court) restructuring and creditors assignments. She has developed and led key operational finance deliverables including liquidity/13-week cash flow forecasting, consolidated corporate/business plan developments, contract/capital risk assessments, capital raise and financing options, treasury/cash management, debt monitoring and reporting, operational metrics/key performance indicators (KPIs)/dashboards, debtor-in-possession (DIP) financings, and debt renegotiations. She also has assisted with strategic review and right-size of operations, renegotiation of key contracts, and execution of asset sales.

Most recently, Ann assisted a gas pipeline operator in the Barnett Shale with the orderly wind-down of underperforming assets, while helping management to optimize operation of existing assets. She was focused on optimization of operating cash flow, daily liquidity management, customer and vendor management, and contract re-negotiations. She also led the marketing and asset sales efforts resulting in the successful sale of the operating assets to a strategic buyer.

Prior to Stout, Ann worked in corporate restructuring advisory and energy investment banking and also led the corporate financial and planning team for a large publicly traded retail services company.
