Andrew Mosher

Andrew Mosher has extensive experience providing professional valuation advisory services, performing due diligence, financial analysis, valuation of corporate securities and partnership interests, with an emphasis on private and closely held companies, and preparing written reports for client presentation.

Andrew has over a decade of financial services experience providing valuation advisory services for financial opinions, corporate transactions, shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, estate and gift taxation, and financial reporting. He has experience across a broad range of industries and works with a broad range of clients from large capitalization public corporations to middle market privately held companies, private equity firms, private clients, law firms, and accounting firms.

Prior to joining Stout, Andrew held several positions of increasing responsibility within the financial services business at Textron, Inc., where he participated in financing, sales, underwriting, portfolio management, and business development for the global aircraft financing business.
