Andrew Cline has provided business valuation and financial advisory services to public and private businesses for numerous purposes including fairness and solvency opinions, estate and gift taxation, purchase and sale advisement, Subchapter C to Subchapter S conversions, reporting of equity compensation, valuation discount opinions (FLP/FLLC/undivided interests or tenant in common interests), financial reporting, and other tax, corporate, and litigation matters. His experience spans a diverse client base, from regional middle-market businesses to multibillion-dollar enterprises, private equity and hedge funds, law firms, accounting firms, and financial institutions.

Prior to joining Stout, Andrew was with Donnelly Penman & Partners where he assisted in providing services to middle market public and private clients including merger and acquisition transactions (buy side and sell side), generation of potential target lists, communication with potential buyers/targets, preparation of confidential memorandums and other deal documents, and due diligence services.
