Alexander Bowen

Alex Bowen has over six years of experience providing advisory and audit services to both public and private-sector clients. He has extensive expertise across a broad range of industries, including life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, power and utilities, and automotive. He also has experience with ASC 606, cost allocations, inventory costing, SOX compliance, and financial statement audits.

Alex has supported clients with the transformation of their finance and accounting organizations. He has supported executives in identifying and implementing solutions that accelerate the accounting close and improve the quality of management reporting (FP&A). Alex has experience conducting rapid assessments that serve to identify gaps in a company’s finance landscape and provide a roadmap of improvement initiatives for finance function optimization.

Prior to joining Stout, Alex spent six years at Deloitte, where he focused on providing finance transformation services to a variety of clients. Alex helped his clients’ finance functions better leverage enabling technologies, utilize finance data, improve processes, and optimize roles and responsibilities.
