Stout Welcomes Stephen Chipman to Its Board of Directors
Stout announced today that it has appointed Stephen Chipman as a non-executive, independent board member. This appointment brings the total number of directors to eight.
Stephen has held senior roles at Grant Thornton for the past 20 years, most notably as CEO for the firm in the U.S. and China. In 2016, he became CEO of technology-enabled business services company Radius where he guided the organization to double-digit growth in sales performance and EBITDA, culminating in a successful sale of Radius to Vistra in 2018. He currently serves on the boards of Litera Microsystems (software), Prudential Financial Insurance Funds (insurance and investments), OneSky (nonprofit foundation), and Clyde & Co (international law firm).
